VILLA SAINT-CLOUD

A Fusion of Minimalism and Avant-Garde Design

In the heart of the 1970s villa, Hélène and the interior architect have crafted a unique atmosphere that seamlessly blends minimalism with avant-garde design, evoking the essence of both a grand Parisian family home and a contemporary residence on the West Coast of America.

Throughout the house, one discovers exquisite shades of grey, expressed through a selection of noble and structured materials. From blackened sandblasted larch wood to mouse-grey sycamore, from Tassos stone layered in pristine white to glacier-grey silk carpets, Hélène Guillon Lempereur's meticulous pursuit of color harmonies imbues the space with an invaluable architectural richness.

Light takes center stage as the primary focus. A concern elevated to the level of emotion, seemingly maturing with each project to become both an experience and a guiding principle. Not only does the design aim to welcome natural light, but it also plays with the introduction of indirect and diffused lighting, which, in a strange paradox, often enhances the beauty of a residence.

In this project, art serves as the common thread. Hélène has ignited a newfound passion for art within the owner and guided them in the discerning selection of their inaugural art collection.

The Villa Saint-Cloud stands as a testament to the collaborative vision of Hélène Guillon Lempereur and Olivier Lempereur, where their expertise converges to create a space that is both aesthetically captivating and functionally exquisite. It is a sanctuary where modernity meets tradition, and where every detail tells a story of craftsmanship and artistry.
